The CCRP collects used computers and computer parts for refurbishment and recycling. With the extension of the programme in October 2015, general communication products can also be recycled. Another goal of the CCRP is to raise public awareness of the need to reduce, re-use and recycle computer and communication products. It has been set up and funded by the computer trade to provide a means for the public to m anage their used computer equipment and communication products in an environmentally sound manner. Launched in January 2008, The Computer & Communication Products Recycling Programme (CCRP) is the second voluntary Producer Responsibility Scheme in Hong Kong.
Property management / representatives of housing estates and buildings interested to participate in the Computer and Communication Products Recycling Programme are welcome to call the Hotline to enquire for more information and register. We operate the Hotline and help the public if they would like to recycle computers and communication products. Service Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
